杏Mapでは、卒业?修了等をされた皆さま方に、本学の近况や行事の开催、周年卒业生等へのホームカミングデイ特别ご招待など、様々な情报をお伝えするために、杏Map卒业生等电子名簿の情报更新にご协力をお愿いしております。転居に伴うご住所変更や、改姓、メールアドレスの変更等の际は下记よりご连络いただき、情报更新させていただいております。&苍产蝉辫;

ご連絡いただきました住所等は、適正に管理し、杏Mapからの広报物の送付及び行事のご案内、杏Map全学同窓会並びに研究科?学部?学科同窓会の活動に利用させていただき、本利用目的以外に使用することはございません。

现在、电子名簿のシステム移行を実施しております。

このため、2026年2月13日（金）以降、电子名簿の登録内容変更受付を一旦停止しております。

新システムの开始は３月下旬顷を予定しており、情报の更新は开始后に可能となります。新システムの準备が整い次第、改めてご案内申し上げますので、恐れ入りますが、情报更新をご希望の方は新システム开始まで今しばらくお待ちください。

ご不便をおかけし诚に恐れ入りますが、何卒ご理解とご协力を赐りますようお愿い申し上げます。

Nagoya Univercity Alumni Information System<How to Update Your Information>

At 杏Map, we provide a variety of information to those who have graduated or completed their studies, such as recent University news, information on upcoming events, and special Homecoming Day invitations for milestone year alumni. In order to stay in touch, we ask that you keep your information up-to-date in the 杏Map Alumni Information System. Please contact us using the link below if there are any changes to your home address due to relocation, your family name, your email address, etc., and we will update your information.

*Due to system migration, the acceptance of changes to the electronic directory registration details has been temporarily suspended.

Your home address and the other information you provide will be managed appropriately. Your information will not be used for any purpose other than to send promotional materials and event information from 杏Map and for use by the 杏Map Alumni Association and Graduate School/School/Department Alumni Associations.

Notice

We are currently in the process of migrating the electronic directory system.

Therefore, from Friday, February 13, 2026, we have temporarily suspended the acceptance of changes to the electronic directory registration information.

The launch of the new system is scheduled for around late March, and information updates will be possible after the launch.

We will inform you again as soon as the new system is ready, so we kindly ask those who wish to update their information to wait a little longer until the new system starts.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
